陈良标 教授


陈良标,男,教授,博士生导师,水产种质资源发掘与利用教育部重点实验室主任,中科院百人计划,国家杰出青年基金获得者。1996年获得美国University of Illinois atUrbana-Champaign分子生理学博士学位。19971999年,在美国National Institutes of Health做博士后研究。20002001年,在DoubletwistInc.USA)从事生物信息数据库工作。2001年回国任浙江大学教授。2003-2012年任中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所研究员。2013年起加盟上海海洋大学。先后主持国家基金委重点、973课题、863项目、基金委面上等国家级项目10多项, 在NatureNatureCommunications PNASNucleicAcids ResearchMolecular Biology and EvolutionStem Cell and Development 等领域重要杂志发表了一系列论文,在鱼类的适应性进化方面取得了重要成果。2014年入选百千万人才工程国家级人选,并由人力资源社会保障部授予有突出贡献中青年专家荣誉称号。目前任《Aquaculture and Fisheries》副主编、《Journal ofGenetics and Genomics》编委。已经培养博士11人,硕士研究生20余人,毕业的博士生中有的已经入选国家青年千人计划,以及地方性人才计划如上海市东方学者等。

  

主要研究方向:

陈良标博士领导的创新小组的主要研究方向是动物进化与环境基因组学。主要通过高通量的基因组测序,分子生物学,生物信息学和细胞生物学等研究手段,阐述新基因起源的分子和进化机制, 鱼类环境适应的分子机制,基因组进化与环境的相互关系。目前实验室的研究方向有:

[1]极地鱼类适应极端环境的遗传与发育生物学机制;

[2]鱼类比较基因组学和分子进化;

[3]鱼类抗逆基因的挖掘和利用;

[4]生物信息学。
