刘东 副教授




刘东,男,19749月出生,理学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,水产与生命学院生物科学教研室。20097月毕业于湖南师范大学发育生物学专业。2011.9-2012.7复旦大学现代人类学教育部重点实验室访问学者。2015.4-2016.4,美国佐治亚大学生物统计学系访问学者。已主持高等学校博士点基金,上海市教委创新基金;先后参与国家星火计划,国家自然基金,农业部行业专项基金项目。曾获上海水产大学侯朝海奖学金,北京市怀柔区科学技术进步一等奖。

教学工作情况

主要承担的本科生课程:鱼类学、鱼类学概论、水生野生动物保护生物学、海洋生物多样性教学实习等。

主要研究方向

生物大数据的处理和挖掘,鱼类育种、鱼类分类、鱼类功能基因进化生物学。
