任建峰 副研究员


任建峰,男,19808月出生,博士、副研究员,硕士研究生导师。

2002年毕业于内蒙古民族大学水产养殖专业,获学士学位;2005年毕业于上海海洋大学水产养殖专业,获获硕士学位;20094月毕业于中科院海洋所海洋生物学专业,获博士学位;20094-201210月在中科院遗传所做博士后。 201210月到上海海洋大学水产与生命学院生物系工作。20135-20149月,在美国密歇根州立大学渔业与野生动物系做访问学者。


主要研究方向:

a) 以斑马鱼为模型,研究人类疾病,特别是先天性心脏病发生的遗传学基础。

b) 以七鳃鳗为模型,研究基因和基因家族的起源和进化。

c) 以线粒体基因组为手段研究海洋生物分子系统发生。


科研项目:

1. 主持上海高校青年教师培养资助计划项目。项目名称为日本七鳃鳗各组织基因表达谱的比较研究。执行时间为2014/01-2015/12


2. 主持上海市科委科技创新行动计划国际科技合作项目,单纯性先心病遗传基因高通量筛查及斑马鱼疾病模型的建立(15410723300),执行时间为2015/10-2018/09,合同经费30万。
