王有基 副教授

王有基博士副教授,硕士生导师,水生动物生理系副主任。先后获得上海市浦江人才,上海海洋大学海燕学者,CSC-DAAD博士后学者称号(Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research (AWI)-德国亥姆霍兹阿尔弗雷德魏格纳极地海洋研究所,合作导师Hans-Otto Pörtner)。先后承担中国国家自然科学基金,上海市自然基金,上海市教委创新项目,香港海洋公园保育基金等十多项科研课题,并与德国、瑞典、美国、挪威、新西兰、澳大利亚和香港等国家和地区的相关学者建立了合作联系在水产,海洋生物和环境学主流杂志如《Fish & Shellfish Immunology》、《Aquaculture》、《Marine Environmental Research》、《Marine Pollution Bulletin、《Aquatic Toxicology》、《Science of the Total Environment、《Chemosphere》发表SCI论文70余篇。每年均有指导研究生获得国家奖学金,并指导研究生获得全额博士奖学金赴德国攻读博士。目前主要从事保护生物学,贝类养殖及生态生理学研究,聚焦在全球变化驱动的环境压力下(海洋酸化,升温,缺氧以及微塑料和纳米污染物等)物种的生态生理应答和适应机制,围绕生态学,行为学,生理学,毒理学及养殖等方面开展研究。
