吴旭干 教授

 

吴旭干,男,汉族,19786月生,教授,博导,水产动物营养与饲料系主任。20119月于澳大利亚James Cook University博士毕业,研究方向为甲壳动物营养生理和品质育种,任农业部淡水种质资源重点实验室副主任,为中国甲壳动物学会、水产学会和上海市动物学会会员。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目三项(200820122015),主持上海市科委、教委和农委等项目6项。先后获得上海市首届“晨光学者”(2007)、上海海洋大学“优秀青年教师”(2008年)、上海海洋大学“海燕学者”(2011年)、上海海洋大学“海鸥学者”(2014年)和上海市“曙光学者”(2017)等荣誉称号,先后获得国家海洋局海洋创新成果二等奖(2008年,排名第3)、上海市科技进步一等奖(2009年,排名第62016年,排名第4)和上海海洋大学科技进步一等奖(2015年,排名第1)等学术奖励。目前已在核心期刊上发表论文60多篇,其中第一作者SCI论文30余篇,作为第一发明人获得授权专利5项,对河蟹和三疣梭子蟹的脂类营养及卵巢发育机制具有较多的研究经验和科研积累。近期研究兴趣为:1)营养调控和遗传操纵对蟹类品质的影响;(2)蟹类固醇类激素和前列腺素合成路径及调控机制;(3)河蟹脂类营养生理及性早熟的形成机制;(4)河蟹育种和苗种培育技术的研究。

一、教学工作

1.本科生课程:主讲《水产动物营养与饲料》、《虾蟹增养殖学》和《水生动物营养繁殖学》,其中《水产动物营养与饲料》(全英语教学)为上海市教委重点建设课程;

2.研究生课程:主讲《仪器分析与样品前处理》,参讲《水产动物营养繁殖学》.
