潘宏博 副教授

 

潘宏博,男,19842月生,江苏徐州人,博士,副教授硕士生导师,留学生博导。现为中国动物学会原生动物学分会理事、国际原生生物学会会员。SCI期刊Zoological Research(中科院大类一区)、《European Journal of Protistology》编委,为多个系统进化和原生生物学领域SCI期刊审稿。

教学工作

主讲《水生生物学》、《水生生物学实验》、《水生生物多样性调查与保护实习》等本科课程和《原生生物学》研究生课程。

 

主要研究方向

(1) 纤毛虫原生动物的分类学

据估计纤毛虫为代表的原生动物当前被清楚描记的仅占现存种类30%,大量种类处于待发现、待补足的状况。综合运用传统形态观察、银染技术、电子显微技术分子生物学和生物信息学手段,重点关注纤毛虫原生动物的低等类群分类学和系统学,廓清各种类的内涵和外延,清理分类学错误,报道新阶元,阐释关键类群的进化关系,建立相关的条形码基因库。已建立2个新目/新亚目、2个新科、10个新属、70余新种。

(2) 微型生物生态学

微型生物(细菌、真菌、原生生物)是生态系统的基石,在食物网物质循环和能量流动中具有重要作用,它们同时是环境优良指示生物。运用定量蛋白银和环境DNA等技术研究河口和养殖环境微型生物多样性分布格局群落构建机制和微食环内跨营养级的互作机制等科学问题;并利用含原生动物在内的浮游动物开展水环境监测。
