王建,博士,硕士生导师。上海海洋大学水产与生命学院水生生物系讲师。主要从事分子遗传学、生物信息学等领域的科研和教学工作

教学工作情况

主讲本科生课程:生物统计学、基因组学、生物信息学等;

 

主要研究方向

以鱼类感觉系统及肌肉的发育与进化为主要科学问题:

[1] 利用生物信息学、遗传学、分子生物学等相关技术,研究非编码DNA元件的定位及功能,开发功能性遗传变异及DNA元件的预测模型。

[2] 使用神经和肌肉发育障碍相关疾病模型、高通量组学数据挖掘、表型进化模型等,研究神经和肌肉的发育与进化。

[1] 主持国家自然科学基金青年项目: 通过检测等位基因表达不平衡现象探索在鲤科鱼类肌肉中保守存在的基因表达顺式调控元件,2018-2020

[2] 主持上海海洋大学博士启动基金: 利用高通量测序及等位基因特异性表达研究斑马鱼温度敏感型基因及其表达调控元件.2016-2017
