个人简介:
龚埜,男,1993年1月,江西南昌人,博士,讲师,水产养殖系鱼虾营养饲料团队成员,水产与生命学院学生第九党支部支部书记,上海海洋大学篮球协会秘书长。长期从事肉食性鱼类营养代谢相关研究,研究方向聚焦于肉食性鱼类脂类代谢和肌肉品质调控机制,目前重点研究方向为鳜鱼和大口黑鲈营养饲料开发和脂类代谢调控肌肉品质的机制。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金(C类)和上海市“科技创新行动计划”启明星项目(扬帆专项)等项目,在Aquaculture、Fish & Shellfish Immunology和British Journal of Nutrition等期刊发表多篇论文。
